Planned Preventative Maintenance (Laboratories Sector)

Ionix Pharmaceuticals is currently one of Europe's leading Biotechnology Company dedicated to the discovery of novel analgesic medicines for the treatment of acute and chronic pain. Ionix is a privately owned company. Ionix operations are centred at its Cambridge R&D facility.

Although a newly established customer, CES has successfully provided Maintenance Service to Ionix ensuring a safe and comfortable working environment is maintained.

Control and Management Operations

Full implementation, development and provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Air Conditioning maintenance regimes in line with aspects of the HVCA and Electricity at Work Act requirements In addition CES has implemented maintenance regimes for some of the specialist lab services.

Maintenance Contract

All CES technicians are Multi--skilled and scheduled for regular visits in order to maintain and check that Mechanical and Electrical systems are working according to relevant British Standards.

CES also has a dedicated 24 hour, 365 days-per-year supervised Help-Desk available to customers in the event of an emergency when engineers are contacted immediately-day or night.
