Planned Preventative Maintenance (Local Authorities Sector)
For many years now, the staff at Combined Energy Solutions (CES) has
established a long standing and successful relationship with South Kesteven
District Council (SKDC).
SKDC currently operates in one of the largest districts in the UK.
With a budget of approximately £40 million to provide essential services to more
than 120,000 people within the region and employing 650 people.
The council takes great pride in the enhancement of leisure and lifestyle
facilities and has been identified by the Department of Culture, Media and
Sport as one of only 14 in the country to pilot a 'culture' strategy for
quality of life issues.
Maintenance Contract
Full implementation, development and provision of Mechanical, Electrical and Air
Conditioning maintenance regimes in line with the HVCA and Electricity at Work
Act requirements.
Complete pool plant operation covering all aspects of water treatment, routine
maintenance and new installations.
Control and Management Operations
CES maintains approximately 20 sites within the South Kesteven district covering
all local leisure centres and council offices. Multi--skilled technicians are
scheduled for regular visits in order to maintain and check that Mechanical and
Electrical systems are working according to relevant British Standards.
CES also has a dedicated 24 hour, 365 days-per-year supervised Help-Desk
available to customers in the event of an emergency when engineers are
contacted immediately-day or night.
