ISO 9001 Certification
In late December CES achieved BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The company is totally committed to this standard and we will set and continually review our quality objectives.
In today’s ever increasing competitive markets there are ever greater pressures to improve existing levels of customer care. It is also important to recognise that customer care is not exclusively service related, but rather encompasses a whole range of other issues.
With fierce competition, within the UK, it is increasingly important that we, collectively, aim to provide a level of customer service that exceeds our competitors and that satisfies our customer’s expectations.
