Planned Preventative Maintenance

Provides specialist expertise supported by our 24 hour Help Desk and Bureau. It manages energy/building services systems and facilities including the planned and responsive maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical equipment. We use state of the art facilities management software packages to provide up to date cost and management information.

We will take full responsibility for the day to day performance of all the building's Mechanical and Electrical repairs including:

HVAC - From small units through to large Chillers, Boilers and associated plant. For comfort and economic management we will ensure correct functioning of control systems.

Special Services - Security, Lifts, Generators, Data Cabling, Compressed Air and Loading Docks can be incorporated in your service package.

Water-Treatment - Routine testing to water storage systems complete with an independent certified analysis for bacterial content.
